Penelope Espinoza is currently an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and Foundations in the University of Texas at El Paso.

With an Associates in El Paso Community College, her father was always pushing her to do better and aspire higher, and a book with the title "Intro To Psychology", Penelope Espinoza joins us to talk about her aspirations in early life and how her surroundings led her to write a thesis about "Implicit Prejudice" about how stereotypes were used and how these involved behavioral traits.
