Dr. Richard D. Pineda is an associate professor in the Department of Communication and currently serves as director of the Sam Donaldson Center for Communication Studies.

“I’m a homegrown product”- Professor Pineda tells Keith Pannell, about his upbringings and how his first years of life were spent 6 blocks away from the University of Texas at El Paso.
