Dr. Charles Martin grew up on a small farm in southern Texas and strived to read and learn about the essence of history while living through some of the most important moments in Texas, Civil Rights, and U.S. history.
Dr. Charles Martin is an Emeritus Professor of History at UTEP and an award-winning author of various published essays and articles in history.
