In this episode, Daniel Chacón hangs out with Dr. Alicia Gaspar De Alba. They will be talking about her new collection of fiction and nonfiction, Crimes of the Tongue.

Dr. Alicia Gaspar De Alba, writer, and scholar, is a native of El Paso/Ciudad Juárez. She has lived for over twenty-five years in Los Angeles, where she is a founding faculty member and former chair of the UCLA César E. Chávez Department of Chicana/o Studies. She is currently the Chair of the LGBT Studies Program and has affiliate status with the English Department.
