Earth Day 2023 presented by Eco El Paso & El Paso County Parks & Recreation

Earth Day 2023 presented by Eco El Paso & El Paso County Parks & Recreation

Earth Day is a celebration of the earth and our environment. It is a historical event that takes place every year. On Earth Day, we will remember how closely we are connected to the earth, as well as our responsibility to protect it. The purpose of Earth Day is to bring awareness to the environmental issues our planet faces and to promote solutions for a sustainable future. The theme for Earth Day 2023 is “Invest in Our Planet” per Earthday.org.

Our event is in collaboration with the El Paso County Parks & Rec Department and will include a tree planting event, vendor expo at the Pavilion, along with April Pool activities at the Aquatic center & more.

Usage and exploration of the entire park will be encouraged.
