Star on the Mountain Theatrical Productions has been invited back to perform in the Jewel Box Series for the 2025-2026 Show Season. We will be producing "The Continuum Tales" by Jason Pizzarello on November 9th and "7 More Deadly Short" by Mark Watts & Stephanie Karr on January 11th.

Please submit your virtual auditions via the link in this event-- we are looking for one comedic and one dramatic monologue, no longer than one minute each.

Show Synopsis:
The Continuum Tales by Jason Pizzarello
A couple discovers a mysterious, potentially cursed book titled The Continuum Tales, which contains narratives exploring uncanny, futuristic, and disquieting worlds remarkably similar to our own. This genre-bending and engaging collection of humorous and peculiar short plays depicts technological mishaps, psychological terrors, and the consequences of succumbing to one's fears.
7 More Deadly Shorts- by Stephanie Karr & Mark Watts
A new collaboration from Stephanie Karr and Mark Watts, who previously authored and produced 7 Deadly Shorts, continues its comedic exploration of how the seven deadly sins may manifest in everyday life. Seven humorous and engaging short scenes illustrate the sins, each distinct from the last.

Excellent! We would love to have you join us and share your art! No experience required. Just come out and join in the fun and meet some new people! Celebrity Guest Mario Lopez loves El Paso so much that he is coming back and this time, his beautiful wife Courtney will be joining him. Together, they will cohost this year's 2025 Dance for Kids' Sake. El Pasoans step up as dancers and judges to raise funds and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters youth mentoring.

Participants prep with free dance lessons courtesy of our incredible partners Shundo Ballroom Dance Studio, Urban Movement Dance Academy, Premier Studios, and Expressions Dance Academy.

Event night is a beautiful showcase celebration of their hard work along with live music and a silent auction.
