Louie and UTEP psychology professor Eddie Castaneda talk about the upcoming VIDA Conference to be held in the Tomas Rivera Conference Center on May 29-30, 2014. They talk about addiction, Castaneda's studies on the brain during and after addiction, and they talk about this year's keynote speaker, Dr. Carl Hart, from Columbia University's psychology department, and the author of the best-selling book, " High Price."
