On this episode of The 3rd Story on Words on a Wire, host Tim Z. Hernandez speaks with Kimberly Castillo, a writer, yoga instructor, and practitioner of ancestral plant medicine.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Castillo currently resides in Boulder, Colorado, where she attained her MFA in Creative Writing from Naropa University. She is currently working on a collection of short stories, and is involved in numerous projects that utilize writing and indigenous practices to empower our communities.
