On this week’s show, Denise, John and Jan offer tips on how to attract pollinators and wildlife into your garden. During this time, pollinators and other wildlife animals are becoming active once more and we would like to share some useful key points to bring these beneficials into your garden and help the surrounding plants within the area. Denise will also provide more updates and information on the El Paso County Master Gardeners programs that will be available for anyone to attend.
The El Paso County Master Gardeners was the first Master Gardener program that started in Texas in 1981 that still continues to grow till this day. Many of their members volunteer with others, sharing their gardening interests, gaining horticultural training and giving back to their local communities. These volunteers have also contributed 400,000 hours of their own time and talent to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services as well.
For more information visit the El Paso County Master Gardeners website for questions, tips and upcoming calendar events.
