Estrella del Paso’s annual Art of Welcoming event brings together local artists, photographers, and filmmakers to celebrate community, creativity, and El Paso's spirit. This year’s event also marks Estrella del Paso’s 40th anniversary, highlighting the people and stories that have shaped the organization and the borderland community it serves.
