Elizabeth R. Varon speaks about General James Longstreet during the Civil War and how he fought tremendously for the Confederacy. While of course having the company and teammate of Lee at Gettysburg, Soon enough he won the major Confederate victory at Chickamauga, afterward later on, he got severely wounded in battle.

Elizabeth Varon’s part of her study is about the divisions here in America, having the thought that wars bring division between families. Being in war and having to fight against her brother. She always had an interest in the research of history and the complexity of the American South and so much more.
