Vaccinating a high percentage of the population against COVID-19 is a crucial part of the U.S. strategy to curb the pandemic.
Since COVID-19 vaccine distribution began in the United States on Dec. 14, more than 209 million doses have been administered, fully vaccinating over 84.3 million people or 25.2% of the total U.S. population.
